Bad weather Operations Notice:
Please be aware that during the winter months there is an increased likelihood of lessons needing to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. As a flying school, safety is always our top priority, and decisions to delay or rearrange flights are made to ensure the wellbeing of our students, instructors, and aircraft. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we’ll always aim to give as much notice as possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your flying lesson or experience flight, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full, and any voucher or prepaid flight will be treated as used.
If Athey's Moor Flying School cancels your flight due to weather, aircraft serviceability or operational reasons, there will be no charge and your flight will simply be rearranged for another suitable date.
